Libre, LLC Return Policy
At Libre we value our customers, so satisfaction is always guaranteed! But, we also understand that sometimes it’s necessary to return or exchange an item, and we want to make it as easy as possible.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange items please call 1-888-Libre-4-You to talk with one of our Customer Service representatives, or print out a Return and Exchange Form . Then package the items you wish to return, fill out the Return Form and make sure it is placed in the package. Please send returns/exchanges to:

*Drop the package off at any U.S Post Office or collection box. USPS is our preferred method of delivery. They provide fast service with packages arriving 3-8 business days after they have shipped. Find a USPS location nearest you.
Returning a gift?
Include the purchaser’s name and address along with your return. Please indicate whether you’d like to exchange the gift for another product, or if you’d prefer a refund that will be credited through a gift card.
Want to reorder?
Choose whichever method is most convenient:
- Send back the items you wish to return along with the return/order form, and place a new order on that same form
- Send back the items you wish to return, then place a new order online
- Send back the items you wish to return along with your completed reorder by calling us at 1-888-Libre-4-You
Other International Returns and Exchanges
Fill out a Return and Exchange Form to include with your return. Please note that shipping times will take longer for international returns/exchanges. Taxes, duties, may vary by country.
