How Your Libre Clothing Is Shipped
You are probably anxious to receive your order, and we want to make sure you get your clothing fast. Order any in-stock item before 4 p.m. eastern time on a weekday, and your order will be fulfilled that day!
We started Libre Clothing because of family members who were receiving infusions so we understand that you want to put on these great new shirts and pants. If wearing our clothes helps your day just a little bit, we’re just as anxious for you to get started. In addition to our same day shipping, here is some information about our shipping practices. We don't want to make money by charging you extra for shipping. That’s why shipping charges are based on the weight of what you order. If you order 2 sweaters and some pants, we get charged a little more to send your order and pass along that charge. We’re sure you will agree that’s fair. But you won’t find crazy markups on shipping here--we don’t like those either!
We want to be able to ship everywhere, but can’t do that yet. All orders must be shipped to an address in the United States.
We accept returns. Please call us at 888-542-7349 or print this RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM to send us clothing. Unless we sent you the wrong item, we can’t pay for the return shipping. We also can’t accept excessively worn clothes. We know you wouldn’t do that, but we had to say it anyway.
No matter whether you call us first or simply print the form (our address is already on the form for your convenience), please send your item back with delivery confirmation or another form of return receipt. Mailed and shipped items do get lost sometimes, and we want to make sure you’re protected if your package is one of them.
